Swaach Bharat Abhiyan At JNPT 2015-16

ACTIVITIES IN THE MONTH OF JULY 2015:-

1. The cleanliness activity was carried out by CISF at following places :-

1. CISF Parade Ground, Obstacle Ground and Quarter Guard front area.
2. ORs Barrack & its surrounding area.
3. Surrounding area of CISF Family accommodation at Sector-III.
4. CISF offices including common area premises, setting of all records and Amirah’s etc.
5. JNPT Admin.Buidling, SO’s Hostel, Recreation Hall, MT Section and Sangrakshika Shop area.
6. One day before informed to the personnel wherever required for Swacch Bharat Abhiyan.

1. The cleanliness activity was carried out by School  :-

1. The IES JNPT Vidyalaya School took out procession in JNPT Township.

The students from standard V to IX were participated and carrying the placards with slogans to create awareness about cleanliness.

1. The mute act “Swachh Bharat Sundar Bharat”and street play was also conducted to give message to keep surroundings clean and to protect earth.
2. The St.Mary’s JNPT School conducted street play, Swachhata Rally in the Township to create awareness amongst students,Township residents.  The students from standard I to IX were participated in the cleanliness drive.

1. Plantation – The process of plantation of saplings in the Township area and also in the port area is in progress.
2. Painting and white washing of public buildings in Township

The above job is in progress and the painting and white washing of the school and hospitals will be completed by 15^th September 2015.

1. Beautification and cleaning  of park

The job is on going.

The cleanliness drive in PUB area and at north gate area and the target group is port users and TT Drivers respectively.
