- Maximum permissible draught at JNPCT, GTI, NSICT & NSIGT terminals and (Liquid Berth No.1) LB01 is 14.5 m
- Maximum permissible draught at Liquid Berth No.2 is 10.5 m
- Handles about 56% of total containers handled by all major ports in India
- Connected with 34 CFSs and 46 ICDs destinations
- Poised to handle 10 million TEUs of containers by the year 2022 - 23
