Swaach Bharat Abhiyan At JNPT 2015-16
ACTIVITIES IN THE MONTH OF JUNE 2015:-
- Campaign started with cleanliness drive at JN Port township under which :
- Awareness drive among Port officials, conservancy staff, school officials, shop owners, hospital staff, contractors were carried out under leadership of Shri D. Naresh Kumar, Chief Manager (A) & Secy. with senior officers of JNPT.
- Security officials were asked to monitor peoples not to throw any garbage anywhere except at dustbins.
- Shop-owners were asked to keep dustbins in front of their Shops.
- Wide publicity were given by placing banners, sign boards all over Port Township.
- Special cleanliness drive were carried out at Multi-Purpose Hall, Shopping Centre and Schools by deploying additional manpower, equipment and vehicle.
