Ways and means for making complaints

JNPA Vigilance department has put the boards at different places with telephone numbers, e-mail ids and address of CVO, CBI and CVC.
JNPA Vigilance department has put the complaint box for the delay in refund of EMD amount submitted by the tenderer.

Leveraging Technology

All the work contracts and the procurement, auction above Rs. 2 Lakhs is being done by e-procurement mode.
The pending bills are displayed on the website every fortnightly. Notice Inviting Tenders (NIT), Tender documents, Corrigendum is also published on JNPA  

Website and CPP portal.
The details of registered vendors in JNPA are published on JNPA Website.
The details of Procurement and the Work contracts are published and updated on JNPA website on monthly basis.

Vigilance complaints received through email would be downloaded and printed and taken up for further action as above. Complaints received through email, which does not have a name or complete postal address, will be treated as anonymous/pseudonymous and filed.

After owning the complaint by the complainant, the investigation will be carried out and based on the findings in the investigation, the action as deemed fit will be taken.

Complaints can also be lodged by addressing the letter/email directly to the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) by giving specific facts of the matter relating to corruption. The complaints can also be lodged directly on CVC’s website -
